As a Digital Performance Marketing Manager with a focus on Performance Marketing, Marketing Automation, and Data Strategy, you are responsible for executing and optimizing all digital activities along the lead funnel. You develop automated communication journeys, manage targeted paid and SEO initiatives, and leverage data-driven insights to deliver personalized, high-impact marketing campaigns. With a strong grasp of digital channels, marketing tech tools, and KPI-driven thinking, you’ll build a scalable, measurable digital marketing infrastructure:
- You take ownership of planning, executing, and continuously optimizing all performance marketing campaigns (e.g., SEA, display, LinkedIn Ads).
- You design automated marketing flows across the customer journey (lead nurturing, retargeting, etc.) and independently build workflows in HubSpot.
- You lead all initiatives to boost organic visibility – from classic on-page and technical SEO to ensuring our content ranks in AI-powered search results.
- You work data-first: analyzing KPIs such as CPL and funnel performance, building insightful dashboards, and translating insights into actionable steps.
- You boost conversions through smart use of content gates, CTAs, and optimized landing pages.
